President
Douglas Mann
Doug has over 30 years in the leak detection industry serving in a variety of sales, marketing and management roles. As President he develops new clients, seeks out opportunities in new markets and technology, and develops technologies for novel applications. Doug has a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire in Business Administration and a M.S. from the Air Force Institute of Technology in Logistics Management. He served in the United States Air Force as a Captain in Procurement and Acquisitions for 8 years.

Joe Maresca
Dr. Joe Maresca is the Chief Scientist and CEO of Vista Precision Solutions. He has over 40 years of technology development experience in developing, evaluating, and demonstrating the performance of acoustic, electromagnetic, infrared, laser, optical, and radar measurement and detection systems. Dr. Maresca has developed many systems for detection and location of petroleum leaks in hydrant and bulk piping systems and bulk underground and aboveground storage tanks over the last 30 years. Dr. Maresca has a B.S. from Lehigh University in Civil Engineering; a M.S. from Stanford University in Fluid Dynamics; and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Physical Oceanography from the University of Michigan. Dr. Maresca served for 3 years as a 1LT in the U. S. Army in the Corps of Engineers.
